Had an absolutely amazing experience at Kricket in Brixton! The prawns were bursting with flavor, and Dan’s decadent grilled monkfish was a true standout — incredibly juicy, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned. Honestly, for the size and quality, the 40 price tag felt more than justified. But the real showstopper? The bhapa doi — hands down the best I’ve ever had. Silky, balanced, and so satisfying. What made the evening even more special was the warmth of the team. Everyone was friendly, but a special shoutout to Ana — she chatted with me, made sure everything was just right, and brought such genuine warmth and care to the experience. I’ll absolutely be back. Incredible food, lovely people, and an atmosphere that just makes you want to stay a little longer. Highly recommend!

A fantastic modern Indian restaurant serving exceedingly tasty and interesting food. While the spicing is Indian the choice of ingredients is sometimes a little different. Overall great flavours, very nicely cooked and presented. Service was great. The only downsides are it's under the arches, which adds to the character in a way and the menu is in a small font in a colour that is hard to read. I'd go back though.

My favourite Indian food place by far! Good service, staffs were very attentive and give you recommendations if it’s your first time, it is quite hard to decide just looking at the names of dishes. In order of my liking: 1. Grilled squash curry, cos it’s saucy do order with rice (Jeera Pulao) or nan, we shared one portion of rice between the two of us and the portion was generous. The squash curry had bits of hazelnuts in it, slightly sweet and spicy, great mix of flavours, well seasoned, everything’s on point. 2. Burnt Garlic Tarka Dal, slightly spicy and goes well with rice. 3. Keralan fried chicken, eat as soon as they come otherwise they get cold and sad. The sauce came with it was some kind of mix of mayo with Indian spices, very nice.

One of my favourite restaurants. The food is amazing and the service is so attentive. Highlights were the fish, the fried chicken and the mushroom bun. Flavours are quite unique, this isn’t your typical Indian curry place!

Kricket Indian Food in Broxton delivered an absolutely incredible meal that I can’t stop raving about. I ordered through DoorDash, and everything was delivered hot, fresh, and full of flavor—definitely worth the 5 stars! We went all out and ordered a smorgasbord of dishes, and every single one was packed with bold, delicious flavors. The Matar Paneer was creamy and comforting, the Beef Keema was tender and spiced just right, and the Keralan Fried Chicken was a real standout—super juicy, crispy, and full of flavor, making it an absolute treat with every bite. The Bhel Puri was a great snack, light and crunchy with that perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The only dish I wasn’t as fond of was the Tarka Dal—it was a bit more watery than expected and didn’t have the depth of flavor I’ve enjoyed from other places. However, it was still good and paired nicely with the rest of the meal. Overall, Kricket Indian Food delivered an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations. The quality and taste of the dishes were fantastic, and I can’t wait to order again. If you're craving flavorful Indian food, Kricket is a must-try—you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a Kricket fan since the Pop Brixton days. When I visited recently, nothing had changed—the quality is always top-notch. The classics are still great, and the new dishes are just as good. The service is attentive as always. Definitely recommended.
